Am I having the kind of impact I want to have in the world?

Why don't I feel more satisfied with my work?

Does my work seem to actually be perpetuating the problem I wanted to solve?

If you are asking these kinds of questions, social impact career coaching can help!

What is social impact career coaching?

Social impact career coaching is for individuals who have dedicated their professional lives to making a positive change in the world, but could benefit from guidance on how to make best use of their talents to make that change.

How does it work?

Social impact career coaching centers around individual, one-on-one (usually remote) coaching sessions.  We work together to clarify your goals, explore root causes of the problems you are working on, and identify entry points for you to have a bigger impact in your career.

How is this different from traditional career coaching?

I draw on over 15 years of experience in nonprofit and government work on three continents and a coaching toolkit specifically designed for people who have a primary career goal of making the world a better place. I bring a deep knowledge and understanding of personal change and the landscape of the social impact field that I use to support clients to avoid common pitfalls and live a joyful life through their career. How much does it cost?

Remote or in-person coaching costs $150/hour, but the discounted student rate is $100/hour.

What other services do you offer?

I provide workshops and lectures on social impact, nonprofit organizational strategy, and equity and inclusion. I also work with corporations and philanthropic organizations to support them in having a direct and substantial impact on the issues that are important to them.
